The company is led by Uche Kelechi Paul. Uche initially got his start in growing while working at Nuche Integrated Farms. After university, Uche went to National Directorate of Employment for Internship training and the experience he got there solidified his desire to research more on the business. Soon after his on hand training and experience at the NDE he decided to further and enrol in Songhai Rivers for fishery and entrepreneurship program. Uche's entrepreneurship program provided him with requisite details and skills to develop his own catfish farming business and with the needed managerial skills.He acquired wealth of knowledge and experience spanning over 5 years, that will guide him through the entrepreneurial journey.
